Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped from our Lowell, IN location via UPS or FedEx to residential addresses within the continental United States.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Please allow up to 3–5 business days processing time for orders to be prepared for delivery to our shipping carriers.
The UPS / FedEx standard delivery times then apply.

To estimate your product’s arrival, please allow up to 3–5 business days of Mardona Truffle Oils processing time PLUS 3–5 business days for shipping for most orders.

We do not offer expedited shipping services (UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, etc.).

Online Return Policy

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled on the same day of purchase by emailing support@sonomafarm.com or calling (219) 613-5419.

Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
All requests for refunds must be made in writing to support@sonomafarm.com.

Returns:
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the ship date.
To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspection.

If your return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs both ways for any unauthorized returns.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Undeliverable, Refused, or Missing Shipments

Mardona Truffle Oils is not responsible for undeliverable or refused shipments by the recipient.

If a package is returned to Mardona Truffle Oils, we will contact the customer regarding the situation and coordinate a new delivery.
Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping costs if re-shipment is requested.

If the order cannot be re-shipped, Mardona Truffle Oils will refund the order amount, less original shipping costs.

Mardona Truffle Oils is not responsible for shipments confirmed as delivered by UPS or FedEx that were lost, stolen, or received by someone other than the intended recipient.
